Through the reimagination of the Bayview Village master plan, QuadReal is transforming this cherished Toronto shopping destination into a visionary, design-forward, master-planned community. With construction already underway for the project's first phase, this exciting redevelopment will be anchored by a resort-inspired outdoor promenade and include immersive shopping and dining experiences, a public park and thoughtfully designed premium residences.

Bayview Village Tower C Raft Slab Concrete Pour
Friday September 26th, 2025
Concrete pumps will be set up, this work could extend later into the evening. Refer to the posted noise exemption permit.
Saturday September 27th, 2025
A major concrete pour is scheduled. This work is typical of large scale projects and is not an every day site activity. This work is scheduled between the hours of 3am to 11pm on September 27. Additional site lighting will be in place on this day to maintain site safety as required and there will be associated equipment noise. Refer to the posted noise exemption permit.
In the event of inclement weather, the set up and pouring date may need to be adjusted.

The construction of the Bayview Village north development will take approximately 4 years.
The reimagination of the Bayview Village master plan will include:
- Premium residential suites, some with direct access to the shopping centre
- Fully renovated shopping centre with 110+ high-end retailers and restaurants
- Brand new open-air retail promenade with introduction of new shops and eateries
- Ample park, green and public spaces proposed
- Public art and four-season lifestyle programming
- Approved direct access to TTC subway onsite

All construction activities will strictly comply with the City of Toronto’s noise bylaw requirements (Saturday's: 7:00am - 5:00pm). In the event of any schedule variations due to unforeseen conditions, we will ensure timely updates are provided to keep everyone informed. Please refer to the noise exemption permit as seen above.
The website will be updated monthly to reflect current construction activities at Bayview Village.
We are committed to ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and customers throughout construction. Both the shopping centre and professional offices will reamin fully operational. The Bayview Village Professional Offices can be accessed through the mall.
With construction impacting the north lot, there is ample parking in the south lot which is accessible off of Sheppard Avenue, Hawksbury Drive and Bayview Mews (west of Loblaws).
